Testimonial from David Helwig

To everyone,

I would like to take the time to say a few things about your operation and to explain my situation. Last December my heat went out right before Christmas the compressor had died for the second time, I knew it wouldn’t be good to keep feeding money into the $500 a month electric bill monster that no one could figure out why it was using so much electricity. In the years past we had multiple heating and air guys come out (not you guys) and had a representative from the electric company do an evaluation on the consumption of electricity and no one could figure out why. After it had died again, using a space heater our electric bill went down considerably, which let me know that it was the old heat pump even if no one so far could figure out why it was using this much electricity. We had to wait on income tax to come in before we could ever even think about replacing the unit. As soon as my income taxes were filed I start getting quotes from various companies that were recommended to me. Some were family outfits and other were word of mouth heating and air services. I wanted more quotes so I opened the phone book and saw Stanfield Air. I gave you a call. I’m sorry I’m bad with names but your salesman came out to give me a quote. He looked under the house and looked at the topology of the unit from inside. He started saying all the things that were needing to be done to make a new heat pump happy. He listened and took notes, real nice guy. He gave some honest suggestions and explained everything. He left and within a few days called with a quote. By this time I had other AC companies come out and give quotes. They basically said the same thing and said another intake would help also. Your salesman’s quote was outstanding and he added the extra intake to the quote, saying it wasn’t a bad idea. After getting all the quotes and comparing them, by far Stanfield was the cheapest and completed quote. It doesn’t just end there…

The day of the install, right at 7:30am three guys show up at my house. Its pouring down rain, sleet, and snow. These guys toughed it out and suffered thru bad weather and I kept offering cups of coffee and to come inside to warm up… (We had started using the fire place after your salesman assured my wife the house wasn’t going to burn down, lol) They stayed focused saying we won’t leave until everything is installed and working properly. Needless to say they were there until 8pm that night and muddy from head to toe.

The reason I haven’t sent this email before now is that I was waiting to see how the electric bill was going to be before I praised to highly of you all’s work…

In the highest heat so far this summer it has stayed under $300 and closer to the $200 mark…

Thank you so much for a job well done and one happy customer…
