Sally Allen
Sally is the owner of Stanfield Air Systems, purchasing the business from her father in 1987, who retired in 1989. Sally worked in the business in high school and through college. She graduated from Georgia College in Milledgeville with a B.B.A. in business management and obtained her Non-Restricted Conditioned Air License after studying at Athens Area Technical College. Sally is serving her second term on the state licensing board for conditioned air contractors after being appointed by governor Sonny Purdue. |

Mitch Allen
Mitch is the husband of owner Sally Stanfield Allen and performs the duct cleaning services for Stanfield Air Systems. When needed, he also assists those working in installation and service. Mitch is very conscientious and his number one priority is making sure the customer is satisfied with the services performed.

John Broschard
John joined the staff of Stanfield Air Systems in September of 2006. He has been working in the heating and air conditioning business since graduating high school over 22 years ago and was employed with the same company until his move to Athens from Maryland. He is EPA certified and is skilled in new construction installation, system replacements and is now focused upon maintenance and repair. The encyclopedia of skills he has acquired over the years assists him in diagnosing system failure. John is very conscientious and takes great pride in doing a job to the best of his ability and his aim on every job is to have customer satisfaction. |

Josh Callaway
Josh is a dedicated hard working young man who has been with Stanfield for less than three years, but has proven himself and moved up in the ranks quickly. Don’t let his young looks fool you, he will get the job done. Josh is EPA certified and attends Athens Technical College. As the lead man on an installation crew, his skills include new construction installation, system replacement, hard and flexible gas piping, brazing, wiring of control and electrical components, including the latest variable speed products, and starting up and testing systems from proper operation and refrigerant levels. He is eager to please customers and his shows it.

Rex Coker
Rex has worked with Stanfield Air Systems since 1988. He began employment as an installer and then attended Athens Area Technical College after which he began performing service. Over the years, he has obtained certification and training in a number of areas including EWC Zone Controls, EPA certification, Georgia Power Skills Training, and factory training through Amana and Lennox. Because Rex has excelled with skills and knowledge in both installation and service, he is now our Service Manager and provides technical support for the service technicians and assists in the field. He is also an excellent source of information for our customers with questions on systems and repairs and can explain technical items in terms everyone can understand. He is a tremendous asset to the company and one our customers know well.

Holli Hayes
Holli is our dispatcher for the service department and maintains our computerized inventory records and warranty parts return. Her responsibilities include receiving all service orders and requests from our customers, routing service technicians in a productive and efficient manner and supporting technicians with appropriate information to service the customer’s system, and other customer service duties as required. When the weather is very hot or very cold, Holli has the most difficult job in the organization, but always maintains her cool and provides the best customer service available. Her excellent communication skills combined with her strength in customer relations enhances Stanfield’s commitment to superior service.

Debra Martin
When it comes to accounting and bookkeeping, Debbie has been keeping our records straight since March of 2005. She attended Gwinnett Tech and transferred to Athens Area Technical College and now has over 23 years experience in the field of accounting. She is skilled in the areas of payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and filing quarterly tax returns. Debbie also handles our human resource needs including completion of employment forms and maintaining records for our 401K retirement and health insurance plans. She is a key player in managing the day to day operations of the office and providing support to our customers. |

Phillip McDaniel
Phillip works in the installation department and has been with Stanfield Air Systems since November of 2003. He has been working in the heating and air conditioning industry for over nine years and is EPA certified. His skills of complete system replacement to new construction installations include brazing, wiring of control and electrical components including the latest variable speed products, sheet metal duct fabrication and layout, hard and flexible gas pipe installation, starting up and testing systems for proper operation and refrigerant levels. Phillip will now be helping our customers through our service department. His great communication skills combined with his HVAC smarts will ensure our customers receive the service they expect. |

Amous Pittman
Amous came to Stanfield in 2008, bringing with him over 21 years experience in heating and air conditioning. He is EPA certified and works in new construction installation and system replacement. His skills include installing indoor air quality products including humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and air filtration, along with two stage and variable speed systems. Customer satisfaction is priority number one with Amous and we can rely on him to stay with the job until it is complete.

Olen Schmidt
Olen has been with Stanfield since November of 2006. He brings to the organization a wealth of experience in the HVAC industry dating back over 21 years. His experience includes overseeing 13 installation crews in new construction; design, installation and renovation of residential HVAC systems; training in R22 and 410a refrigerants; and preparing estimates and providing customer support. He holds a Master Restricted HVAC license from the state of Maryland. Currently, Olen is our dispatcher for the service department and maintains our computerized inventory records. His responsibilities include receiving service orders from our customers and managing our technicians’ schedules and dispatching them for efficient service to our customers. When the weather is very hot or very cold, Olen has the most difficult job in the organization, but always maintains his cool and provides the best customer service available. |

Bobby Towe
Since 1972, Bobby has been a loyal employee of Stanfield Air Systems. His years of sheet metal fabrication and heating and air conditioning equipment installation has made him an icon in the Athens area. His sheet metal skills are superior; he can fabricate metal quickly and maintain a quality like no other. Over the years, he has taught many men the importance of doing a job correctly and neatly. Bobby now provides support to our installation crews along with metal fabrication and inventory purchasing. His dedicated hard work has helped to make this company successful and has been much appreciated. Stanfield and Towe are two names that have been together for over 35 years and will be for many more to come. |

Delores Wages
Delores came to work for Stanfield Air Systems in 1993. She has a background in heating and air conditioning dating back to 1968, which is the year her husband, Henry Wages, established E & W Air Conditioning. She has held many positions over the years including dispatch, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Providing great customer service over the years has proved her to be a great asset to the company. She now works three days a week, allowing her to spend time with her family and grandchildren. |
