GEOTHERMAL
SYSTEMS

The greenest way to heat and cool your home.

If you're like most homeowners, your heating and air conditioning system is the most used appliance with the highest energy cost in your entire house. That also means you have the best opportunity to save money with a more energy efficient system, and a Geothermal System can help you do just that!

The Energy-Efficient and Cost-Effective Way to Stay Comfortable

Let Our Expert Staff Help!

Stanfield Air Systems are your local Athens and Northeast Georgia experts in the installation and maintenance of geothermal systems - the greenest heating and air conditioning systems on the market!

HOW GEOTHERMAL SYSTEMS WORK:

A geothermal heat pump harnesses the free renewable solar energy stored in your yard rather than burning fossil fuels. Using a loop, a water solution runs through pipes and transfers warm air back to the ground in the summer and picks up warm air to bring inside during the winter.

What's really impressive is the level of comfort it provides at up to 70% less than your current heating and cooling costs. Geothermal systems operate for longer periods at lower speeds, making your home consistently comfortable all year round.

Enjoy lower energy bills each month, a greener cooling system, and a quieter system that doesn't require large outdoor units when you switch to a geothermal heating and cooling system.

BENEFITS THAT WORK FOR YOU

Customers that switch to geothermal systems enjoy many benefits, but the ones we hear about the most are...

  1. They save money. When you factor in tax credits and energy-savings, customers report MUCH lower gas and electric bills each month.

  2. They last longer than traditional HVAC systems. Geothermal systems can last up to 25 years, where most traditional HVAC systems have a lifespan of 10 - 15 years. And at the end of 25 years, only the indoor heat pump will need to be replaced, making your upgrade much cheaper than the initial installation.

  3. Unsurpassed home comfort. Harnessing the earth's energy results in a system that can meet the challenges of extreme temperatures providing unsurpassed home comfort, using a fraction of the power your old system uses.

  4. Quieter and Out of Sight. Geothermal systems run quietly without the need for unsightly outdoor units and equipment.

Please note that tax credits may be different since the time this video was made, and other credits may be available depending on your location.
