Employee Spotlight: Tammy Weatherford

If you’ve ever called Stanfield, you’ve probably spoken with Tammy before and just didn’t know it. Tammy Weatherford has been a member of the Stanfield Team for 4 ½ years as part of our office staff. She is often the first voice you hear when you call Stanfield Air - she answers calls, handles scheduling for service calls and maintenance for our customers, and processes payments.

Tammy loves greeting and being the point of contact for many of our customers and is dedicated to helping them get the service that they need. In her words, “If a

customer is having an issue I do my very best to schedule them as quickly as

possible. When I can make my customer happy it brightens my day to know

that I made a little bit of difference for them.”

From the positive and friendly culture among our staff to the dedication and work ethic that sets Stanfield apart, Tammy fits right in and really enjoys working with our office staff, technicians, and installation crews. According to Tammy, “I take pride in knowing that I work for a company that values customers and employees like family!”

Born in Athens, Tammy grew up and continues to live in nearby Winder, GA with her husband of 30 years, 3 daughters, 3 dogs, and 1 cat. Before joining us at Stanfield, Tammy worked in the travel industry for 30 years as a Disney Travel Agent and still plans magical vacations at Disney in her spare time. Tammy just added a new dog to the family, little Charlie.

When Tammy isn’t helping customers and coordinating schedules, she can be found working in her flower garden, crafting, and spending time with her family.
